By dealing direct with the manufacturer, you are effectively paying trade prices, unburdened by retailers markups and expensive shop overheads such as energy, rates and rent.
Absolutely not. You can order with confidence in the knowledge that you have 21 days within which to claim a full refund on our standard products if for any reason you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase. This is a statutory right. Also consider the unrivaled quality and price advantage we are offering.
We have 2 guarantees that give you peace of mind when making such an important investment:
If your furniture arrives and for what ever reason it is not what you expected, we will collect it and refund the full cost of the furniture. Alternatively, you may change it for another style, size or colour. All we ask is that we receive your written instructions within 21 days of delivery.
Your furniture is guaranteed for two years after delivery against any defects in materials or workmanship (allowing for fair wear and tear). In the unlikely event of such a defect occurring we will repair the furniture free of charge.
We guarantee our frame construction for 5 years.
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
You can also purchase our Premier Care Leather Protection Plan. For a small, additional cost it will cover your furniture for a full 5 years against stains and accidental damage.
Yes. Our superb showroom facilities in South Wales are always open and welcome to visitors to view our range of traditional leather furniture, modern leather furniture, and leather Chesterfield sofas. Please contact our sales office on 01443 771333 for more information.
You have the benefit of being able to talk directly with us, the manufacturer, where we can be far more precise than your local retailer who would have to contact their manufacturer. We are able to control and maintain all deliveries in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Our vehicles are:
36 feet in length
12 feet 9 inches in height
8 feet 4 inches in width.
They weigh 7.5 tonnes (max.) when fully loaded. If you are aware of any obstacles, e.g. narrow lanes, low bridges, en route to your delivery address please contact our despatch department who are more than happy to assist. Please have a look at our delivery checklist for more useful information.
Transport is becoming an increasingly larger portion of our total costs. For this reason, and to enable us to deliver to your home efficiently and economically, your delivery charge covers only a small part of these costs. Our drivers have up to sixteen deliveries per trip and we try to accommodate all our customers’ needs.
Your door width is not usually the problem. All our delivery vehicles carry two drivers who are expert in effecting deliveries. We normally find that narrow passageways, stairwells or any other unforeseen obstructions pose more problems. All our furniture will easily pass through a standard (30″) doorway.
We can only accept payment in full on our website. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Sorry but we do not accept American Express. Payment can only be made with a single card transaction.
We take your security very seriously and have made shopping online completely secure. All of our credit card transactions are handled by Global Payments, HSBC’s preferred card supplier for card processing in the UK. Your browser will go into secure mode before you enter any personal or payment details. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock or a key icon in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. Being in ‘secure mode’ means that all of your details are encrypted to help keep them secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on our site, so your card and personal details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the Internet.
